At Knack.bz, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@knack.bz with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and easy step-by-step instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange right away.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for refund.

⚙️ Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take up to 15 business days to process the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@knack.bz and we’ll help resolve it immediately.

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or product:

  • The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@knack.bz.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
